BORDERLANDS 3: DIRECTOR'S CUT DLC POSTPONED FOR A FEW WEEKS, DUE TO THE WEATHER

The weather conditions that hit Texas a few weeks ago forced Gearbox to postpone the release of Borderlands 3's Director's Cut DLC slightly.
Normally, Borderlands 3 players and in particular those who bought the Season Pass 2 should have seen the second DLC, named Director's Cut, landed on March 18 However, Gearbox has announced that this additional content will arrive with a bit of delay. The reason is quite original, although quite legitimate, since Texas recently suffered heavy snowfall, resulting in numerous power outages . More than 4 million homes have been deprived of electricity, but also several companies, including Gearbox.
As a result, it was impossible for the development teams to move forward on this second DLC of Season Pass 2, forcing the studio to review its release date. The Director's Cut is therefore now expected for April 8, 2021 .
As a reminder, this extension will bring its share of new features, including a new boss, Hemovore the Invincible, a series of new missions and new cosmetics. In short, players will have plenty to do for a few hours. You will find more information here .

Borderlands 3  is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series as a reminder. If you do not already have it, our partner Instant Gaming offers it to you at a lower cost on the following platforms:
