A beat them all Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles announced by Dotemu (Streets of Rage 4)

To the surprise of fans of the license and of older children, French publisher Dotemu ( Streets of Rage 4 ) and studio Tribute Games ( Mercenary Kings ) today announced the upcoming release of a beat them all based on the Ninja Turtles license , whose English name will be TMNT: Shredder's Revenge . This one will appear on PC and consoles, without further details on the exact platforms on which it will be released. Little doubt, however, that our beloved Nintendo Switch will host the game - if not, I promise, I'll flog myself while playing the Ninja Turtles game that appeared on NES..

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge promises us “ a direct throwback to the great 80s ” with “ colorful pixel art ”, but will not rest on its laurels by offering “ revolutionary gameplay anchored in timeless beat them all mechanics ”. The game will make you play as your favorite member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in an operation to boloss the cuties of Shredder through the mythical environments of the series. As was the case in the excellent Streets of Rage 4 , 4 -player co-op will be available both locally and online to bring the whole gang together on your television with, of course, special abilities for each character.

Hopefully Tribute Games will be able with this new game to correct the main flaw of Mercenary Kings , which resided in its somewhat dry controls. Like the studio's previous works, it's highly likely that the soundtrack for this beat them all Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be composed by the excellent Patrice Bourgeault , which would be great news: we should know more about this when TMNT : Shredder's Revenge will have a release date, currently set at a simple “ soon ”.
